Lady Rich Express Car Wash opened its doors in April 2024, but our story began long before that. Founded by Renee Costa, our car wash was born from a big dream, a passion for clean cars and a simple observation. While working at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, Renee would walk through the parking lot and see thousands of dirty cars every day – vehicles that deserved better care.
She would look at all the dirty cars in the parking lot and think, 'I could be cleaning these muddy cars if only I had a car wash,'. That vision became reality when she decided to focus full-time on creating something special for the Upper Valley community and began working on her business plan.
What started as a single express tunnel has already grown into a thriving business serving hundreds of customers daily. We're not slowing down either – our expansion plans include two touchless bays, two self-service bays, a waiting room, and a dedicated detailing facility.
